About Us

 At 850 Realty, we perceive our company to be a community-service real estate experience. Buying or selling a home, company or commercial space has its own complexities and issues that can be quite stressful and frustrating, while also strongly rewarding. Our company would like to enhance the rewarding experience of buying and selling real estate. At every closing, 850 Realty will donate $850 of our personal commission to a local community-based non-profit organization of our client’s choice. We are also willing to donate the $850 to a national non-profit organization that has a local chapter within the 850 area code. The only stipulation is that the non-profit company must truly be community focused and not politically motivated. We will only donate to companies that have given us permission to donate to them. My wife, Kellie Jones, has spent the past 10 years working with Non-Profit organizations throughout the Florida panhandle. I have spent the past 15 years working in the real estate industry throughout Florida and Georgia. Together, we decided to create a fresh new approach to buying and selling real estate property. With 6 years in real estate and over 16 years in the home building Industry, Jesse is now a broker and wants to give back to his local community. He met and married a Tallahassee Lassie and they are raising three kids here in town.

Our Services

For Our Sellers:


  1. Professional Evaluation of your home, company, or commercial space (free of charge).
  2. Ideas to enhance your property to maximize traffic visiability (physically and virtually).
  3. Professional photography, virtual tours, and marketing campaigns for maximum market exposure.
  4. On-site Open Houses until home is under contract (per client’s request).
  5. Online publication of Open House times and locations.
  6. Follow up with all real estate agents that have accessed or shown the property for immediate feedback.
  7. Professional sign located on the property with an attached flyer box filled with flyers to promote the property.
  8. Lockbox for allowing entrance and registering who accessed the property.
  9. Representation of the property on our own personal website, as well as feeder websites like Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, etc.
  10. Negotiation of the contract with the Buyer and/or the Buyer’s real estate agent.
  11. Representation of our client at the day of closing (unless requested otherwise by our client).
  12. Donation of $850 of our commission to a community-based non-profit organization of our client’s choice at the day of closing.

For Our Buyers:

 

  1. Professional Analyses of our client’s needs and wants, including their personal style, taste and preferences.
  2. Weekly updates of homes available to meet our client’s needs and wants (free of charge).
  3. Weekly tours of homes selected by our clients (per request). 
  4. Review of the Florida Contract or the Tallahassee Contract with the buyer, so that they feel comfortable prior to the negotiation of purchasing a home, commercial property, or vacant land.
  5. Negotiation of the contract with the Seller and/or Seller’s real estate agent. 
  6. Determine the inspectors that will best fit the complexities of the property.
  7. Coordination of all inspections needed to remove contract contingencies.
  8. Request for a one-year home warranty be included in the purchase of the home, paid by the seller.
  9. Coordinate which one-year home warranty best fits the needs of the buyer (if permitted per contract).
  10. Coordination of the Final Inspection prior to closing on the home.
  11. Representation of our client at the day of closing (unless requested otherwise by our client).
  12. Donation of $850 of our commission to a community-based non-profit organization of our client’s choice at the day of closing.

For Non-Profits:

  1. Representation of your organization on our website (including links to the organization’s website with permission).
  2. Promotion of your organization to our clients (with permission).
  3. Professional Real Estate Presentations for your organization’s employees (per request).
  4. Flyers to post within your organization to promote the “Community Giving through Local Living” concept (per request).
